appscan ("we", "us", "our") operates AppScan AI at aicourses.biz, providing a one-time AI-generated audit report based on user input. The report is delivered digitally upon completion of payment and the structured interview process.
The reports generated are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice. appscan is not a licensed legal, financial, or technical consultant. You should consult qualified professionals before making any business decisions based on the report.
All payments are processed via Paddle, a third-party payment processor. Once the AI analysis is initiated and the report generated, the service is considered fully delivered. By completing payment, you agree that the digital service has been provided.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email hello@aicourses.biz with your transaction ID and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You agree to provide accurate information during the audit interview. appscan is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading reports resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the user.
The audit report generated is for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the AI-generated report content.
appscan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service or reliance on the generated report. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the report.
