We collect the information you voluntarily provide during the app audit interview — including your app name, revenue data, marketing channels, and other business details — along with your email address for report delivery. We do not collect any data beyond what you directly provide.
Your submitted data is processed by AI language models (OpenAI) to generate your personalised audit report. This processing is transient — your inputs are used solely to produce your report and are not stored in AI training datasets or used to train future models.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your information is shared only with the following service providers strictly for delivering the service:
Payment data is handled entirely and securely by Paddle. We do not store, see, or have access to your credit card number, billing details, or any financial credentials. All payment transactions are governed by Paddle's own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your inputs, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure serverless infrastructure hosted on Netlify. Your email and audit answers are not stored in a persistent database.
Your audit answers are used in real time to generate your report and are not retained on our servers beyond the duration of the report generation process. Your email address is retained only by Resend for the purpose of delivering your report email.
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make such a request, email hello@aicourses.biz and we will respond within 30 days.
